KONOPIŠTĚ CASTLE

A baroque palace built on a medieval and renaissance castle, once home to Archduke Franz Ferdinand.

MINORITE MONASTERY RUINS

The Minorite monastery is a ruin in Benešov near Prague. Since 1958 it and its bell tower have been listed as cultural monuments of the Czech Republic.

ŠPULKA LOOKOUT TOWER

The symbol of the CHOPOS microregion. The tower and its nature trail were built on Březák hill near Lbosín by 21 municipalities and many partners.

JEMNIŠTĚ CASTLE

The baroque Jemniště castle lies 8 km east of Benešov, with a village of the same name adjoining its park. The property is open to the public.

MOUNT BLANÍK

Two wooded rocky hills, Velký Blaník and Malý Blaník. A 30 m wooden lookout tower from 1941 stands on the summit of Velký Blaník.
